CollisionLoop runs in regulated lanes (SMS, e-signature, payments, PII). What you need to know:

  • Telnyx toll-free verification — see Getting Started → SMS provisioning
  • E-SIGN / TCPA / CTIA basics — coming soon
  • PII at rest — customer documents are encrypted with a per-tenant AES-GCM key; OCR extractions are encrypted on the raw column
  • Data retention — rental records + 7 years, then automatic purge
