2. Business details

The Business details page is where your shop’s identity lives — name, locations, brand colors, and the short label that prefixes every outbound text message.

Settings → Tenant → Business details

What to fill in

Shop logo

Uploaded once, shown in the shop shell header and on rental contracts. PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended. Owner-only.

Outbound SMS sender label

Short brand name (up to 32 characters) prefixed onto every outbound SMS. Customers see Acme Body Shop: Your car is ready for pickup. Leave blank to use your tenant name (truncated to fit).

Privacy & Terms URLs

Required for Telnyx toll-free SMS verification — see Privacy & T&C URLs. These also appear as links under the SMS opt-in checkbox in the renter signing flow.

Locations

Every shop needs at least one location before you can create repair orders, customers, or fleet vehicles.

Settings → Tenant → Locations

For each location, capture:

Name (e.g. “Main shop”, “North annex”)
Email (REQUIRED — used for rental invoice send-from and receipt routing)
Phone
Physical address (street, city, state, ZIP)
Service area (free-text)

The first location is auto-seeded during onboarding using your business address. Edit anytime; add more if you operate multiple sites.
