1. Sign up and subscribe

CollisionLoop runs on a flat per-shop subscription with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is charged until the trial ends.

What you’ll need

  • A working email address (for receipts and audit trails)
  • Your shop’s legal business name
  • Your shop’s physical address (used on rental contracts and toll-free SMS verification)

Steps

  1. Go to collisionloop.com and click Start free trial.
  2. Sign in with Apple or Google. We use Sign in with Apple / Google for owner identity — no separate password to manage.
  3. On the Plan selection screen, pick:
    • Body Shop — collision-only workflows, no rental fleet
    • Rental — includes everything in Body Shop plus fleet vehicles, reservations, and contracts
  4. Enter a payment method. You won’t be charged for 14 days; cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
  5. You’ll land on the Business details page — fill that out next: Business details →

Troubleshooting

“Sign in with Apple” loops back to the login screen. Apple’s identity token expires after 10 minutes. Wait 30 seconds and retry. If it still loops, sign out of Apple in Settings → Sign-In & Security and try again with a fresh token.

“Email already in use”. Someone on your team may have already started a trial. Settings → Team Members on that account can invite you instead — or contact support to merge accounts.

What happens after sign-up

  • A tenant record is created with your shop name + slug
  • One default location is auto-seeded using your business address
  • The owner role is assigned to the account that signed up — only owners can invite team members, manage billing, or change shop-wide settings
