6. Invite your team
CollisionLoop has role-based access — pick the right role per teammate so they see what they need without exposing owner-only surfaces (billing, integrations, etc.).
Where to invite
Settings → Team → Members
Owner-only.
Roles
| Role | Sees | Doesn’t see |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything — billing, integrations, compliance, all tenant settings | Nothing hidden |
| Manager | All operational surfaces (rentals, customers, fleet, reports). Can skip rental payment with override. | Billing, integrations, security settings |
| Front desk | Customers, rentals, walkaround capture, payment intake | Settings, finance reports, compliance |
| Technician | Repair orders, vehicle intake photos, walkaround capture | Customer payment info, financials |
The full permission matrix lives in Admin & Security → Roles & permissions.
Inviting
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They get an email with a magic link. They sign in (Apple / Google) and pick the location(s) they work from.
- They appear in the team roster immediately. Deactivate / revoke anytime.
Multi-location
If your shop has multiple locations, you can scope a teammate to one or more locations. They’ll only see customers, rentals, and vehicles at those locations. Owner / Manager roles can opt to see all locations.
Done with setup
That’s the Getting Started flow. Next stops:
- Rental shops: Pricing & fees → Fleet vehicles → first rental
- Collision shops: Repair orders → first RO
