Troubleshooting

• The pickup wizard says it’s stuck
• SMS not sending → check Settings → Messaging → SMS provisioning for verification status
• OCR timeout / cap reached → see Capturing DL + insurance for retry behavior
• Stripe payout delays → contact Stripe support; CollisionLoop only handles authorization, not payout timing
